5.1. Custommer can choose the following forms of delivery of ordered goods:

a) delivery by Polish Post;

b) delivery by courier DPD


5.2. Adrian Online Store is obliged to

a) verify the data in the order form

b) contact the custommer to confirm these data and the quantity, type and price of ordered goods.


5.3. If the information submitted by the Custommer is correct, the order will be finally accepted, which will be confirmed via e-mail.


5.4. After final approval, the contract may not be modified.


5.5. Adrian Fabryka Rajstop reserves the right to reject incorrectly or partially completed order forms (in particular, erroneous e-mail address, telephone number). Orders also will be rejected if the the payment is not confirmed .


5.6. At the time the order is cancellation of the contract ,the personal data of custommer will be removed from the database.


5.7. Custommer receives an email informing shippement of his order.


5.8. Estimated time and cost of delivery has been defined in the annex document. The delivery costs are subject to change. COST TABLE - Appendix 1a

a) Confirmation of Order: Customer receives information confirming his order, including order number, description of selected goods, the selected method of payment and delivery

b) Payment by bank transfer - If the customer has chosen transfer payment, he will receive two types of information, depending on whether the confirmation of the transfer was successful or not. In the latter case, the e-mail contains a request to retry the payment.

c) Lack of confirmation of transfer - In the situation when successive attempts to pay by bank transfer are ineffective customer receives adequate information on the problem concerned, asking  to contact Adrian Online Store

d) Partial completion of the contract - If not all ordered items are available, the custommer receives a message with information about completed items in order to decide whether to cancel the whole order, or purchace articles available at the moment. If the customer does not take any decision on the partial completion of the contract within 4 days, the order is automatically canceled, and the customer is informed of the appropriate electronic message.

f) Completing and sending the order – When the order is completed, the customer receives a confirmation message.

g) Cancellation of contract - In the case of cancellation of the contract for the express request of the customer or due to lack of ordered goods in the warehouse, the custommer receives the relevant information together with the reasons for cancellation.




6.1. If, the order goods are defected, the custommer may return them by mail to the following address: . Adrian Fabryka Rajstop, ul. Aleksandrowska 207/211, 95-100 Zgierz.


6.2. We do not accept parcels sent COD.


6.3. The complaint must be accompanied by the document prooving the purchase. The complaint should contain a description of the defects.


6.4. Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt of the defected product.


6.5. In the case of a justified complaint, defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced by another and if it is impossible (eg due to exhaustion of goods), customer may choose other goods available in the store, for the same amount.


6.6. Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transportation package will be considered only on the basis of written complaint acompanied with along with the courier complaint protocol. The product should be returned to Adrian Fabryka Rajstop along with the purchase document and the reasons for the complaint.




7.1. According to the Act of March 2, 2000 "About the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products" (OJ 2000 No. 22, pos. 271), the Custommer may return goods purchased in the store without giving reason within 10 days from the date of delivery.


7.2. If Custommer decide to withdraw from the contract, he shall return the goods duly packed within 10 days of their receipt, along with the completed statement and the accompanying sales document.


7.3. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Custommer.


7.4. Returns are allowed only in the case of goods:

• not being used (which do not bear any traces of use)

• originally packed

• not otherwise damaged

• with original labels

• complete


7.5. If all the above conditions for return of goods will be met, the purchase amount will be refunded (excluding the shipping costs) by electronic transfer to the account designated by the Custommer.
